This Swedish bench is attributed to the famous master carpenter Per Westmann (1757-1828). The piece of furniture was made un Hemsön in Angerland. It is set pine with cut decorations in the form of edge borders, leaf formations and fleurons. It is an exceptional piece of furniture with dimensions of 195 cm in length, 66 cm in depth and a back height of 118 cm. The throw, made later, is also typically Swedish with the blue and white check. The piece was formerly used as a magdbett or servant's bed and still has the suspension and the cross bands.
